Our take
The RP-7 keeps impressing me with its feature set in a compact package. The aluminum platter and direct drive give solid feel, and the +/-33% pitch range is generous for beatmatching. The included LED lights add a nice touch for dark gigs. However, at $600, it's pricey for a 7-inch Turntable. The straight tonearm is fine for scratching but less ideal for tracking. For DJs who need portability without sacrificing too much, this is a strong contender.
