Our take
Snagged a used Digital Jockey Pro for $110, and for that price, it's a decent entry-level controller. The jog wheels feel okay, and the 8 pads are responsive for triggering loops and samples. The USB power is convenient—no wall wart needed. However, the build is plasticky and it's clearly an older model: the software integration with Traktor feels a bit clunky, and the lack of phono inputs limits turntable hookup. It works, but don't expect modern features. Perfect for a beginner on a tight budget, but pros will quickly outgrow it.
